Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

This vegan choice uses many natural ingredients to address dental health concerns such as whitening without damaging the enamel.
As for the taste, it actually featured fresh and minty notes — possibly even more so than my other mint toothpastes.
What I have noticed is that it tastes much less saccharine than drugstore toothpaste, possibly because it’s free of artificial sweeteners. (It’s also vegan.)
Noticeable results. Prevents cavities. Nice taste.

This toothpaste is formulated to remove even the toughest of stains, such as stains caused by red wine.

What reviewers didn't like

Messy clean up and difficult cap to open
It is worth noting that not all dentists are too keen on using charcoal on your teeth — the American Dental Association (ADA) warns that it could be too abrasive.
I’ve been using it for about a month and haven’t noticed a difference.
Slightly messy
