What reviewers liked
The sling isn't difficult to wrap, is soft, and lacks complicated straps and buckles. It folds into a small size, making it easy to toss into a diaper bag.
Made of a 100% natural cotton with a bit of stretch, the double-loop design evenly distributes weight across your shoulders and back in any of the carrying positions.
The K’tan carrier is available in sizes from 0 – 24, allowing you to find a carrier that suits your body perfectly.
In our tests, we found there were no fabric stretching issues, it has a nice soft fabric, and the configurations were perfect particularly for younger infants.
This wrap carrier has breathability, and the double loop design gives baby good support while keeping hips in proper alignment.
This carrier works for babies from 8-25 lbs in five positions.
Unlike some other wraps, this one is simple to use — there’s no need to learn complicated wrapping techniques.
Rather than being designed around the baby, this carrier is sized for adults with wide, comfortable shoulder straps, and it holds the baby close to the body for support and structure.

What reviewers didn't like
The fabric can get too warm for some parents' liking, and sizing runs small.
Some parents say the fabric gets a little too stretchy (but goes back to normal after it’s washed), so you may want to go down a size to ensure a snug fit.
The fabric may tend to stretch out and cannot be shared with a partner.
We did find that the Baby K'tan has some limited versatility in terms of ways to configure it on your body, and ways to position your baby.
After about 10 pounds for each baby, this probably wouldn’t be supportive enough.
It is size specific so parents may not be able to share the same one, and there is no adjustability for fit or comfort.
The stretchy material can be problematic with older, heavier children.
Be sure to check the adult sizing chart to make sure you get the right fit.
