Parents Can Save $25 On A Sam’s Club Membership

Parents: If you’ve been waiting to sign up for a Sam’s Club membership, now is the time.

When you sign-up for a new Sam’s Club membership, they’ll give you a $25 gift card in return. That brings the first year of your membership down from $45 to just $20. And that’s a great deal, considering all the perks of buying in bulk.

This deal isn’t advertised, but it appears on a Sam’s Club page titled “Mom’s Corner.” This deal appears to be good for dads, too, and is valid through July 31. You must be 18 years or older to purchase and your membership is “subject to qualifications.” (It doesn’t appear that Sam’s Club is verifying whether you’re really a mom or dad—the only question they asked me was whether I was 18.)

Other Membership Perks Include:

• Member-exclusive deals on baby essentials, including organic and eco-friendly products.

Just look for the green “FREE SHIPPING” tag on items before you put them in your online shopping cart.

Sam’s Club also has a useful subscription service that will ship you pre-selected products on a regular basis—this is key for saving time! You can get diapers, pet food, pantry items and tons of other items delivered as often as you need.

Free Curbside Pick-up, Scan & Go App

Sam’s Club has really stepped up its game in terms of tools that will help you save time, too.

Once you’re a member, Sam’s Club also offers free curbside pick-up with no order minimum. Simply add items to your shopping cart online, place your order and drop by Sam’s Club to pick up your items.

If you’re a fan of free samples and prefer to shop in the store, Sam’s Club also recently introduced the handy Scan & Go app, which lets you scan items as you place them into your cart. You don’t even have to stop by a cash register—all you have to do is pay for your items on the app, then show your phone receipt to the person standing by the door on the way out!
